quirky 2003 9-5 Aero problems...

1) air conditioner just blowing warm air no matter what temp setting is. Recalibrated and checked for fault codes, no codes come up and recalibration does nothing. All fuses seem fine also.
2) SID displays "Brake Light Failure" once in a while. All brake lights still work fine. Changed bulbs, still get msg sometimes
3) god awful squeak in the chasis...if you rock the car back and forth, you can hear it easily, can't tell where it's coming from.
Anybody else experience any of these issues? Called dealer and they said "if there's no codes, there's no problems. If the brake lights still work, just keep hitting clear when msg comes up on SID". Here's the best one..."lots of cars squeak"
