Throttle body woes

As those of you know whoe follow this board, I am a Saab fanatic and I really like my 9-5's, moreso than any other vehicles I have owned in 30 years. But I have also had more problems with my sedan than any other vehicle I have ever purchased new which is probably around 10 or 12.
My sedan is in the shop again, towed in on Thursday. I was informed late yesterday that I needed a throttle body (which I told the dealer I needed several months ago and the dealer or Saab disagreed) and that the throttle body would be here today or tomorrow. It looks like another week without my car.
Since I have been without the use of my sedan for between 40 and 45 days in the last year, I wonder if Saab will let me out of my lease (18 months to go) this fall in exchange for a 2002 Aero. Any thoughts as to how best to pull this off? Keep in mind I have a wagon, a 9-3 and a 9000 as well for leverage.
