My 9-5 SE 99' 25,000 was towed yesterday, The starter finally blew. This would mark the 8th time it has been in for service for starting problems. I have filed a law suit under the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act and are requested a brand new car or complete payments back. I purchased this car thinking it would be the most reliable car i have ever owned. It has turned out that my 10 year old college escort with 100K miles on it was more reliable. This has been the most problematic car i have ever owned. Check out your State lemom law rights also. We complained to Saab legal and they were not very useful. I do recommend calling Saab customer service and make your request for a replacement vehicle though. You need to work through them to start the process. Sounds as if you have an excellent gripe. Good luck!!
