At those boost levels, a lot of systems are on the edge.
My guess is spark plugs. A common problem on more 'stock' turbos is stutter at high boost because the spark plug gap is too big. At high boost, the increased pressure makes it harder for the plug to make a spark. If the gap is too big, you get no spark, and the engine stutters and misfires.
Check your gaps. Since you're running well into the 'not designed for this' area, try setting your gaps on the low (tighter) end of the range. Make sure your plugs are new. You may need to go to a higher voltage ignition system - perhaps a 'hotter' ignition coil. Perhaps your present coil is just tired. Make sure you've got new ignition wires, and you may need to go to a non-resistor wire.
My guess is that you're not done with the upgrades. You increased the air (boost), upped the fuel (RRFPR), but you can't ignore the fire (spark).
Good luck!
