is something from the back seat of a parts car with the same interior color as yours. It must be a base model car (with the flat bench in back) and cloth is preferable.
Just cut out as big a piece as you can, wash it off if it needs it and cut out two pieces about 3" bigger in radius than the insert. If you are careful, you can get them to be exact mirror images of each other.
Use a staple gun with short staples to secure the edges down to the back side after you have folded the fabric over, bolt 'em in.
I did this on my '87 and it was probably the most rewarding thing I've ever done to the car. Just take your time and you'll be happy.
