I leased a car from their BMW dealer up the road. When it was time to return the lease they tried to bill me for items that are normal wear and tear.
The list is as follows:

$150 per tire…needed 4 because the tires did not fall within specs
$200 for replacing the windshield…small chip
$150 per dent…anything with a 2 inch radius $250 anything outside the radius
$200 for the interior…I installed seat covers the second week after I had the car.

They wanted $700 at the end of the lease, which they wanted to deduct my last advanced payment from.

What I did….

$100…. Went to Newark (route 21) and purchased used tires (
$50…brought my car to a friends auto body shop and had the dents popped out and the windshield repaired not replaced…. can’t even see the chip.
$10…purchased leather cleaned for the interior and spent an afternoon buffing.

Washed, Armor Alled the tires/interior
Made up fake receipts using ms excel for the tires.
My buddy bumped up the auto body charges and interior detailing.
Returned the car and told them to go to hell

Bottom line is they’re in it for the money…. not to service future customers
