Here's what I do. Try cutting a used brake rotor for the front wheel into 2 semicircular pieces. Removed existing brake rotor and put split rotor on hub backwards. Apply large hose clamp around brake rotor to keep pieces together. Place rotor on wood blocks on small press like ones sold by Northern Tools or Harbor Freight. Take a used front heel bearing outer race and cut a radial slot with an abrasive disk power tool. Use this and a large thick washer or socket to press out bearing after removing circlips. Tap out split race using punch. Borrow bearing separator to remove inner race from axle using press. Install new bearing after cleaning rust out of hub. Use proper sized piece of pipe to hold inner race when pressing axle into bearing, or new bearing will be ruined. Reassemble hub, brake rotor, wheel. Tighten bearing while turning wheel. Lower car to ground and retighten bearing. Drive car a short distance, turning wheel lock to lock. Then check tightness of wheel bearing. Use a new locknut on each axle. Also if outer CV boot is developing cracks or failed, wheel bearing time is great time to fix it. Use Lobro rubber boots. Rockford boots seem prone to premature cracking.
