Break or hacksaw off whatever you can outside the A-arm. Using a heavy-duty drill and bits and lubrication so you don't overheat the bits too much, drill out the bolt (use small bits and then work your way up) until the bolt no longer interferes with the A-arm. This will take an hour or so. Or if you have a torch, try that first. Use an old dish soap bottle full of water to keep the CV joint boots cool!
This job is easier down south.
