stat now im headed to the auto parts store to find the infrared thermo,
the rad. cleaning is one heck of a good idea but the last people i talked to that is to have it done said i had plastic ends on the rad and its a good chance with the cleaning it could crack, break, separate, i forget how they worded it, so it came down to installing a new rad elsewhere.
the rad is currently around 8 years new... or is that old
anyhow im off to find some infrared secret service stuff at the auto parts store.
side note:
its kinda strange, about the temp rising with the oem injectors.
on the lines of when i put the red tips, 30#lb injectors in
the digital gauge read a clear 20 degree (f) drop in temp`s when the motor reached operating temps. and ran this cool the hole time i ran the red tips.
the moment i reinstalled the oem`s the 20 degree drop was no longer.
the drop ranged from 20-40 degrees fahrenheit.
it ran dramatically cooler,
this was not visible with the temp, tac.
