Broken flywheel bolt is this the stupidest idea

I just broke a bolt in the crankshaft while installing a rear main seal using a homemade shower drain tool. I can't get the bolt out.
The bolt sheared off at the edge of the crank shaft so there is nothing protruding to hold on to. I tried an easy out where you drill a small hole in the bolt and then use the drill to seat a bit to remove the bolt. I was barely able to seat the bit and when I torqued on it it broke off.
Would it be really stupid to try and leave that broken bolt in the crankshaft and just use the remaining bolts to attach the flywheel to the crankshaft. If I do this is there any concern that the remaining bolts will not be able to hold the flywheel? It seems to me that the remaining bolts and the pin should be more than enough to hold the flywheel.
Another concern about doing this is that it will lead to an unbalanced flywheel/crankshaft. If that is the main concern could I just take the bolt head and JB weld it on to the flywheel to act as a counter weight? I did read an old post of someone who had the same issue and they thought there was more vibration at 1000 - 2000 rpm but it was slight.
I realize that this is not the best way and I should really get the bolt out but I have no idea how to do it myself. The space in front of the crankshaft is pretty tight and there is not much room to work with.
Any advice would be most welcome.
Thanks,
Ron
