front of the car nearest radiator yes? Why no room there? An easy out would seem like the best way but that failed due to breaking drill? OK get a small tungsten steel drill and start it caefully around the outside of the broken drill bit. continue to drill deeper until you have freed the broken drillbit. Then install you easy out. I would not risk leaving a bolt out no matter what anyone else says. You also might be take a very sharp pointed very hard steel center punch and anchor it on the outside edge of the broken bolt and tap counterclockwise. I have backed out broken bolts this way 3/8th inch and larger.
