with or without the hex?
Do you have an o2 sensor socket? a normal deep might work if you have removed the body of it though.
I agree on the anti-seize. The Bosch replacements come with it already on the threads.
If you're still willing to try the heat method, get it good and hot, and quench the threads with PB blaster or the like. Night and day difference vs just spraying it on cold. Also, when you're going to try removing it, you want the exhaust hotter than the sensor (so the bung expands but the sensor threads dont)
