PDP (ark ark ark ark ark),
Assuming that you have a gearbox made after 1982 and before 1991 then (based on your posted figures) it has #6 chain sprockets. (what year is your gearbox?) If you switch to #7 chain sprockets you'll achieve right close to 3000 rpm at 75 mph. All the C900 turbos that I drive regularly have those sprockets and they cruise very nicely on the highway. Installing #8 sprockets will only bring it down to 2885 rpm at 75 mph. All five gears (and reverse) will be higher so if you drive in stop and go a lot you may get frustrated when the lights go green. Number 7 gears are common and cheap, number 8 gears are rare and costly.
