The oil feed shouldn't be a banjo - only the water is a banjo. Oil on both sides is a diamond-shaped flange with two bolts securing it to the turbo. The feed can crack anywhere, but typically where the pipe meets the flange. Every time it's happened to me I've been able to see it dump oil by goosing the throttle and watching as oil pressure builds.
