Reading a little bit on your backstory you might have more problems than can be fixed with one swift swoop of the wand.
These CIS system are not very kind if they have been sitting for awhile and maybe some corrosion built up inside the tank/pump system.
Deteriorated rubber plugs are a bad sign that something has been festering in the fuel system.
The accumulator might be rusted inside but you could also have tiny debris that has been able to pass through the fuel filter and is messing around with the fuel distributor.
No easy way to tell if any or all problems apply in your case.
I only know that I would not take on a project like that because it would be too much money for the customer to pay. If you do it yourself, you might be able to get her running without spending too much.
