That's pretty much it but like I said before automotive machine shops with a crank grinder are getting harder to find especially someone that does them right. Also if re-ground below .020" (.5mm) undersize the crank would have to be re-surface hardened. All that being very expensive a good used standard crank is the way to go and I've got lots of them. You may also need at least one rod large end re-sized. I've got more good used 16V valves than I'll ever use and may have a one only good used standard piston. As far as flushing everything out an '88 cylinder head may or may not have oil gallery plugs depending on if it's an early or late '88. The block is easier to flush as it only has 1 oil gallery plug plus the turbo oil feed banjo bolt and of course the oil pump/timing cover has to be thoroughly cleaned. By the way where do you live?
