Instead of using the clutch pedal to remove the spacer, I purposefully used the 3 fat nut method to remove the spacer so as not to overextend the slave. Used a Mighty Vac with jar to such fluid out of the slave bleeder. Had wife push the pedal and everything looked good. Got the plastic shroud and the turbo plumbing back in and started the car. The clutch felt good so I put it in 1st and let it out. Within an inch of travel it engaged and then the car died. I moved it back to it's original spot and noticed brake fluid dripping under the slave. Scott, is it ok to swear in this site? I suspect the new "OEM" slave is bad out of the factory or I F'ed it up forcing it in place. Is there any hope... with continued bleeding or do I need another slave? If the latter, then my indi is going to be happy.
