No, it's there - it just doesn't turn on with ignition like every 16V I've ever owned. If it's not meant to, that's fine -- but how do I convince the smog shop of that when their book says otherwise? If it *is* meant to turn on and since the bulb tests fine, where would I look for the cause? It passes emissions just fine, but fails on this one "problem".
