The bolts I used were Febi sourced from eeuroparts. They are made in Sweden and look identical to the newest type factory head bolt. I've included the bulletin below.
The instructions state to back off one bolt at a time, then tighten initially to 30 ft-lbs. Do this to them all using the indicated torque sequence. Then go around again and tighten to 44 ft-lbs. Then go around one more time and tighten an additional 90 degrees. The only difference is that I removed and replaced each bolt in turn instead of just loosening.
The bulletin says this applies to 1994 and later engines, but it's not too much of a stretch to apply this to the 1993 model in the original post.
