If you want your car to look amazing, try the Meguiars 3 step system.
Step 1: mild-hard abrasive coat. ( depends on how bad the oxidation is, usually the mild formula works great.)
Step 2: pure polish. this is what will give your paint that blinding shine that a new paint job has.
step 3: very good wax, I prefer the Gold Medallion series. this will protect the finish from the elements, and also will make the paint have a deeper finish.
You can find Meguiars products at most "real" car stores, The all pre-packaged 3 step is cheaper, but if you want the best, buy each step separately.
as for Nu finnish, that crap doesn't do anything to make your car appear better, it might protect your car for a little while, but you would be throwing your money away.
