Take off the rubber bellows that supplies the air to the throttle body and take out the idle adjusting bolt. With a spray can of carb/throttle-body cleaner liberally spray the inside walls of the throttle body and the butterfly valve. Open the throttle all the way to spray behind the butterfly valve. Spray cleaner into the hole that held the idle adjusting bolt. Avoid getting the cleaner on any painted surface. Before the cleaner evaporates put the idle adjusting bolt back in and the bellows back on and start the engine to suck the cleaner into the cylinders and burn it up.
Good luck.
