From the hot side of your pressure switch, branch a parallel leg to the controlled side of the wiper relay. The output side of the wiper relay then goes back an ties in to the pump side of the pressure switch. You now have a parallel circuit that will drive the pump either intermittently off the wiper relay or on demand anytime via the pressure switch.
You've probably already figured out this part, though. I am studying the diagram for the relay but I would need to bench test the actual connections at the relay. The controlled side is pins 53M and 53S or 15. 31 definitely goes to ground and 12 V goes to 84 and/or 91.
Great idea and it should be easy to implement.
