THe driver side driveshaft from the auto will not work with the manual. THey're slightly different lengths. If he sits them side by side he'll see they're about 1/2" different lengths. The bracket bolted to the engine under the alternator that supports the center driveshaft is not the same either. You'll need the bracket from the manual engine. After unbolting it from the engine you'll see an "A" stamped on yours which stands for "auto trannies only". Other than those two things your mechanic should know what to do after removing parts from the donor car. If I were you I'd install a brand new clutch slave cylinder from the dealer. He should also inspect the clutch disk and consider getting a new one. It would be terrible to get everything together only to have the slave spring a leak two months later. That would require you to take the tranny back out. The job really isn't that bad with a complete donor car.
