I told you that it was unlikely that that chain was broken and I meant to ask you how could they have done a compression test with a "busted" chain, but someone beat me to it. Your car has 68K miles on it if I recall correctly. SAAB heads are also very tough, I doubt that it's bad with such low mileage. It almost certainly doesn't need rebuilding. Like the old saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Put the timing chain guides etc on and do a compression test (it's possible with the engine out but you'll need the starter).
