dunno. Mine was as expected. ECU in, BPC connected and it ran. Mine ran poorly as I forgot to connect the MAP sensor back, but that was my problem. Connected the MAP and 'reset' the ecu to clear the CEL and it has been perfect ever since. If you disconnect the battery, you will 'reset' the trionic. Just disconnect it for a couple of mnutes. Is the ECU from a '96? Justin makes good points... Read over them and look at the plugs. I really doubt thet the DI was 'fried' but It could be possible. You may want to find an indy with techII and put in the ECU at their shop and see if it tells them anything. Just a guess...
