Can't help with snow tires or no-season (aka "all-season") variants, but check the Tire Rack's survey on ultra-high-performance tires. The #1 for years has been the Firestone SZ50EP, which I've used for the past three or four years and atest to be the best tire I've ever used. It is not appropriate for ice and snow, but has few if any vices for a tire of this genre. Wet and dry performance is amazing, to say the least. It is made in Japan by Bridgestone, uses the same technology as the S03PP, and should last longer with a much better UTQC rating.

I tried some Dunlop SP-4000's once, a no-season Z-tire, and found them quite underwhelming.
