would've set all kind of faults in various ecus, plus could've fried Tcs valves, ecus, ..., (I have a good '92 ets/tcs ecus in case).
Did you unplug the battery while doing the repair work?
At this stage I would:
1. Make sure the battery is charged
2. Unplug the battery for 30 min or so (some fault would clear)
3. Go back to stock EPROM/ECU fuel and DI/APC
4. Make sure you did not knock any air line during repair
5. Test for spark at the DI: set it upside down with plugs in and all plugs grounded (piggy bag) to a good car ground. Crank the car, should observe sparks
6. Open fuel rail to expose injectors (have a collector to catch fuel) and check for spray
7. If spark and fuel present, then its an ECU issue: FUEL or DI/APC all of which I do have in stock
G'd luck
