Actually you have all the hardware necessary for 245bhp. Brakes are the same as on the Aero and suspension might be the same too. If your clutch is almost worn out, an upgrade might be the last straw. If so it would probably have went sooner rather than later anyway.
If you just want 200bhp you'll have to find an old ECU (the engine computer) from one of the 200HP models and there are some details (like what to do with the immobilizer) that have to be in order. I know of several people on this forum who have done it, but if it were me, I'd just do it the easy way and buy an ECU upgrade. Then all you have to do is unplug the old ECU, plug in the new one and send back the old one. It might cost more, but you get considerably more power and it's easier. Most of the tuners' stage 1 upgrades are around £500.
