Take the lugs off and thoroughly clean them to get ALL the old anti-seize off. I use a wire wheel on my bench grinder. Maybe get some solvent on them, too--something to cut the grease. I clean mine every other time they are out.
Now get a skinny wire brush for your drill that will fit in the bolt holes and clean them out. Maybe with a little solvent.
With everything clean, put them together dry, torque to 85 pounds and see what happens. Drive and check torque daily to see when and if they start to loosen.
I've been putting anti-seize on lugs for years and the only time I've had something come really loose is when I don't tighten enough, ALTHOUGH... I have noticed that some lugs are usually easier to remove than others, even though I've torqued them to the same spec.
It would seem to me that if one comes loose and the car is driven fairly hard, the others could loosen up as well due to added stress. Just thinkin'...
