My labor might be worth $1,200 but I like to work on my Aero '97
I also did these things (not emergency brake)over time as needed. I have always gotten a lot of warning with the car except fuel-pump failure. I have 219,000 miles and she is diving better than ever.
BTW, I never use emergency brake but do have an automatic.
If this is your daily driver, you better get another ride while this work is done or bite the bullet and pay to get it all done at once by another. The prices are high from what I can see. When it is all in tune, you will love the 9000. Good luck! Used radiator at Gold Wing for $100 if you are comfortable with used...
