Like others, I've done all these except the e-brake and tie-rod ends. Just had tie rod ends for my 900 quoted at $140 for the pair, so for one side your quote seems high. Heater core is not difficult, just time consuming and inventive language. Radiator and hoses, do at same time as heater core. Takes care of coolant change as an added bonus. PCV valve & hose, nothing to it. Serp belt - a bit of a PIA, but not that bad. I've done it without the compression tool, just a socket, breaker bar, and patience in compressing the tensioner. Go for it - you'll have a nice sense of accomplishment when done, and enjoy your "beverage" all the more because of it.
