I solvent welded the flasher switch and ring together with good results. Made solvent adhesive with ABS shavings (same material as switch body) dissolved in acetone. Initially the mixture was rather thin and was placed in the broken surfaces, just before mating the pieces. As the acetone evaporated and the mixture thickened in the mixing cup, a fillet was built up around the switch body and ring fractures and over the cracks. In the end it was much like the original plastic with solid joints reinforced with a modest smooth buildup of plastic in and over the fracture joints.
