ACC will intermittently turn off, then on, then off, then back on & etc.- sometimes like 20 times in succession over 2 mins, sometimes just once or thrice in 3-4 mins, and then finally just stay on. SOmetimes this does not happen at all... one of most intermittent issues I have ever had on a car.

Usually after 5 mins of driving I have no issues and everything works perfectly....

This happens if its 35 degree F outside or 90 (though it does feel like it happens more frequently when i want A/C)

I suspect it may be the relay, bosch type 0332015013 (metal casing)...

But would this relay also cause issues during cold weather when A/C is not being called for (I suspect it might, as maybe the A/C gets called upon for some defrost needs at initial start?)

Or is it possible that the ACC unit itself is wonky, and or going bad.

--Shows no fault codes, nor any faults when tech2 is hooked up.

Otherwise works perfectly.

If it is relay, I notice that this "multi-use" relay can be bought in both the metal casing flavor, or a plastic casing

metal (just like what is one my car currently):

plastic (shows the correct SAAB part # but different bosch #):

does one work more reliably than the other?

thanks all.
