I live in the rockland/westchester area and was raised around saabs-I now swear by em. I can say that I have had awful experiences with Ramsey's svc dept. In fact-they actually sold a friend a demo volvo wagon way back that had been in a serious accident. only refunded the money if they would apply to another vehicle. needless-friend didnt want anything from ramsey and it went to court-ramsey lost. actually-my 91 9000T was towed there when the autobox gave out 2 yrs ago. i had it taken away from them immediately-towed to a mostly volvo indy in Oakland NJ who did great work and had a couple saabs in his shop. STAY away from Ramsey-if anyone needs proof I have documented horror stories-they are a sales business and know nothing of the saab experience. For new sales my favorite is Arroway in Katonah although Greenwich has great lease deals-though they need to get over themselves up there. If youre shopping used check out Mega Auto in bedford right on 117-great selection and great prices just get the car looked at first. I swear by the guys at Town and Country in Pound Ridge-they are outstanding. I cannot say enough-they make these more than reasonable to own and maintain. I dont see too many 9-3/9-5's though-theyre a samll shop and i guess dont have the diagnostics required. they are incredible though-good luck to all.
