I've been bleeding my slave by pressurizing the brake fluid reservior to only 5 to 10 psi, making SURE to keep the brake fluid level up near the top of the reservior, not near the full line, but within two inches of the top. The hose leading to the clutch master comes off pretty high in the reservior, so it's easy to introduce air.
I cut the Schraeder valve out of a bike inner tube, including a circle of rubber the size of the inside of a brake fluid reservior cap. I then drilled a hole through one of those caps, stuck the valve up from the underside, found a small screw to block the tiny ventilation hole, and I hook up a bike pump with gauge directly to the valve. The air volume of the system is low, so pressure drops faster than Quasi's method, but it's very do-able. I do pump the clutch pedal a couple of times to make sure any air bubbles hiding in there are dislodged, but fluid moves steadily and I've had no problems.
