turbo woes, advice sought...

My '86 9kt suddenly developed a large exhaust leak over the weekend. With the engine running, I could stick my hand underneath the turbo and feel the exhaust gasses blowing out. This was a little disconcerting to me because I hat the turbo / manifold gasket replaced less than a year ago.
With the engine cold, I reached under the turbo this morning, to see if I could feel for cracks or something. I discovered the following :
1. The oil return line seems to be seeping oil. Judging by the amount of oil on my fingers, it's a small, but noticable leak.
2. One of the 4 studs and nuts holding the turbo to the manifold is missing. No nut, no stud; all I can feel is a hole.
Is this in any way normal? Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how much did it cost to fix? I'll be taking the car to the local indy tomorrow (not the same guys who changed the gasket last year), so I'll find out soon enough, but I'd like to compare if anyone else has had similar experiences. Is anyone looking to unload a spare exhaust manifold & turbo?
