Nahh, you probably just lost a bolt, resulting in exhaust leak. Those parts are severly heated and then cooled. After all years termical expansion will develop cracks in bolts, and you will loose some of them. Just change all bolts that turbo is connected to manifold with and put in a new gasket between. IMHO, it is unusual for exhaust manifold on turbo to crack, so i believe exhaust gases are leaking between turbo and manifold.

It's normal with some oil-leakage. As long as you don't need to fill up oil , i wouldn't care.
