Hi again Jon,
I put some more pics on saabphotos(link refused here, the gallery is on top of the page now) You'll see more of the rusted areas: mainly doors and sills, but the only pic I have of underneath the car leaves me indeed pretty optimistic!!
I've checked the por-15 website and that's why I was afraid: their floor repair kit has fiber in it, so this is not for the swiss govt guys indeed... For the other products, I have to read some more I agree!!
I've read that on my early shell I can only use stock (conical?) spring and that the 900 springs won't fit, but I guess I'll see all this once I have all the parts!! Same for the front motor mount.
Anyway, I'll have to get another couple saabs before I start welding and stripping!! Cheers, Seb
