Fewer than one might think. I recently swapped a B20T from my '80 900T into my '78 99T. Very little is compatible. The basic engine is (block, head, manifolds) but a lot of the other stuff is different. I have spent a LOT of time making subtle changes to the 900's engine to get it to "plug in" to the 99 body... It hasn't been entirely fun, either.
