Robby,
I was thinking of having a bracket made, and using the bolt hole that is used to attach the lift apparatus, for taking the motor out of the car. This would put the pump slightly above the position of the old pump, and give me room below to put a fuel filter before the pump. What do you think? When I would eventually pull the motor, I would just disconnect the pump to attach the lift mechanism.
Also, could you tell me what fuse position you used/ best?
