I have to be honest here. If a customer walked into my dealership and made it clear that he was "hell's fury from the get go", I seriously doubt I'd give that customer 100%. Frankly, based on this post it sounds to me like you are a total jerk who enjoys belittling and talking down to people.
Technicians are not "monkeys" who need to be "trained" and, just like every other human being on earth, they make mistakes. I'm not saying that we should all just hold hands and sing "kumbaya" and not expect excellent service, but it sounds to me like you just strut into the service area like you're God Himself and expect subservience and ass-kissing every step of the way.
A better approach is to remain polite and reasonable in your interactions with others, and only use the "hell's fury" routine as the absolute last resort. I can be hell's fury too, but only if every other option has been exhausted. If you take that attitude from the beginning then you get precisely what you deserve.
And let's talk about a very practical matter, beyond basic human decency. These technicians will always know more about your Saab than you ever will, and they know of at least 300 ways to make your life miserable that you would never be able to figure out. I'm not saying it's right, but that's the way it is. You ever build a new house? If you have, you'll know that the first rule is don't piss off the contractor because he can screw you ten ways from Sunday and you won't find out until 15 years down the road when your foundation cracks and your walls start leaning. By then he'll be retired in Boca sipping rum punch on the beach and you'll be wishing you had some manners back when they could do you some good.
Obviously it's important to demand the service you pay for, but there are productive ways of approaching it and there are jerky, stupid, counterproductive ways of approaching it. Nine times out of ten nice and polite get you more than you expect, and if you start nice and THEN get angry as a last resort, people will respect you. If you act like an ass "from the get go" then that's what you are - not a justifiably angry customer, just another ass with an attitude problem.
