I brought my 99 9-3 SE up for a leaky head gasket and some other things. They ended up dropping my trans and installing some "shift updater." I was so pissed because I drove 2+ hours to go to this allegedly "excellent" service center. They refused to replace the head gasket, saying it was just "seeping."
On the drive home, it "seeped" enough coolant to spray all over the engine bay. Thankfully my local dealer here in central VA had more sense and replaced the gasket under warranty.
I still have the same "shifting" problems too.
Some folks have claimed to have good experiences at Intl Motors service. I'd say to avoid them like the plague.
