Is your car actually idling badly? I don't think there would be any need for a throttle body cleaning on an '02 yet. I would ask the dealer when they would recommend a cleaning. I don't remember seeing it on the maintenance booklet. Of course I haven't looked past the 30k service yet on our '02. I'm not sure about the Saab, but alot of the newer cars have a protective coating on the TB that can be ruined by aftermarket cleaners. Just had my Lincoln in for a 100k service, they recommeded cleaning my TB with their "special" cleaner for $95!
