Funny thing,
My 1995 Saab 900s is doing the very same thing! It finds all gears except reverse when it is cool/cold, but once it gets warm, its hell finding gears. I have taken it to many places, and they all tell me the same thing: its the transmission. I just cant believe that, because, if it was the tranny, then why would it work when its cold, but not when its warm? I just drove it to the store, and all the gears except reverse worked just fine(its cold outside). I am scared to get a clutch, because it would hurt to hell if I had the same problem. A tranny job would cost more than the car is worth, because I would have to get a clutch also, anyway, and pay for labor. I'm about to start having to take the bus because of this problem... no reverse = cant pass inspection -.-
Joe, keep us posted on your progress please... I'd really like to get my Saab on the road again!
