It's possible that you have two problems. The vibration under acceleration is common. I had the problem with my (easily and often bent) Borbet wheels and Conti tires. I had my wheels straightened and tires done by a compentent guy who does a lot of motorports work. No matter what, I had vibration. I was about ready to look into the inner driver when my wheels took some Winter hits that pushed me to replace them (and the worn tires).
I bought a set of BBS wheels (non forged) and Michelin tires. Done by the motorsports guy they still had vibration. As a last ditch I had a guy with a Hunter Road Force machine do them. Viola - no vibration at all, even under acceleration. My conclusion was that the wheels were bent, the tires were bad, AND you need the fine tuning of the Hunter machine to get accurate balancing.
As for the braking - it could be related to the other issue, so I'd try that first. If your wheels/tires have issues, trying to bring them into true with the pressure of the rotor could cause vibration. But, you could have a secondary problem of warped rotors. I'd solve the acceleration problem first, then do the rotors and pads.
