An electric impact to take them off - much faster than hand, and don't need to bring up the compressor.
I use a hand torque wrench to put them on though.
Some people, and many shops, use torque sticks to put them on. You can get them on eburb or amazon in sets or just one. You attach it to your impact, and when it gets to the specified torque, it flexes to prevent overtorque. Some people swear by them, some people wouldn't trust them with their tonka toys so YMMV.
The guy I usually get my tires from swears by them and states he's done his own tests because he was skeptical as well, but he ALWAYS uses them now.
