Yep, we got about the same thing going on here. I sure am ready for some warmer days also got a new to me old 900 conv in the fall. I've done all the heavy work on it at work and its ready to go but no reason to get the plate until the weather breaks and the salt gets washed away. But the 02 9-3 is running strong in the cold it just can't get traction with the salt and snow etc. Just have to get through this month. Good Luck, Bernie at George Riggin Specialty Automotive.
