I recently got my 94 900SET 3dr back from the dealer. It had an oil change and the passenger side lower ball joint was replaced. Going home (a 40 mile drive up a mountainside) I noticed I shudder when accelerating uphill. The clutch is less than 1 year old, and the turbo does not seem to make odd noises. It does this under hard acceleration in gears 2-5.
Also, I provided a case (6 qts) of Mobil 1. This time, I only got one back. I checked my manual, the 2.0 needs only 4 qts. I checked the dipstick. It is over the max line. So, what damage, if any, have I already done by driving 40 miles home with 1 more quart of oil. Also, what could cause the shuddering, not fixing the ball join right? They didn't align the wheels like they said they were going to....
FYI, avoid DUNCAN AUDI SAAB in Roanoke, VA.
