Thanks for the replies. I talked to a local SAAB mechanic and I am dropping off the car tonight, for him to take care of the oil level and check the wheel bucking. The dealer agreed to pay this guy for any work needed due to their incompetence. Hopefully, the ball joint was not installed properly and its a loose control arm or something. The engine runs fine and does not sputter or anything- the bucking comes from the front wheels when max torque is being applied to them (~2750 RPM on up). Prior to last week, the car had a minor vibration in the steering wheel at 90 MPH, which likely was due to the worn ball joint. Last night, when I got it back, it was a major one at various speeds, so that leads me to belive its something the dealer screwed up.
