OK, I give up. My rear oil seal problem is past the denial stage.
The labor costs are very high, so I will be probably be replacing the clutch and the cable for good measure. I am very kind to clutches, and it is working prefectly, so this sucks.
So I am looking at getting the Abbott suspention stuff fitted at the same time. Bushings, steering rack kit and lower control arm sherical bearings. Still waiting to get email back from Abbott tech support about the sperical bearings, as they show up under the Vigen kit, but not for the othher NG900's.
I wonder if I will be told that the ball joints are going or tie rod ends. I can't feel any play in these when the wheel is off the ground. I am also not aware of any strut tower bushing problems. I guess that would show up when fitting new shocks.
I switched to Mobil One oil and Pure One filter on the weekend. The oil must be mirating one the cat convert or other parts of the exhaust. I never did smell oil before. The Mobil One smells like buring plastic.
Any advice or flames? ;)
